MOMENTUM 40™

A daily 3–7-minute micro-ritual + six short live sessions,
aligned with the natural stages of the change process.
A program that helps you begin… and stay the course.

How does the program work?

Momentum 40™ Session Rhythm

Momentum 40™ guides you through the natural rhythm of change.
Each session is short, focused, and aligned with the moments when resistance or a drop in energy most commonly appears.

1. Day 1 – Start & Intention
We set the direction, define the first micro-step, and explain how the 40-day cycle works.
This is the moment when clarity appears and you feel, “I’m doing something for myself.”

2. Days 3–4 – First Resistance
This is when a natural drop in energy appears.
You learn that this is not a failure, but a response of the nervous system.
You receive a simple practice for moments of “I don’t feel like it.”

3. Day 7 – Reset and Return
This is the time when most people abandon their intentions.
We show you how to return to your rhythm without pressure or guilt.

4. Day 14 – “The Wall”
Motivation drops, and irritation or a sense of stagnation may appear.
You learn how to stabilize your energy and continue even when the initial “high” is gone.

5. Days 21–24 – Self-Sabotage
When things start going well, a common thought appears:
“It’s fine now, so I can ease off.”
You learn how to move through this stage with awareness.

6. Days 35–40 – Integration
We summarize the process, name the results, and establish a direction for what comes next.
This is where lasting “Momentum” is created.**
