REGULAMIN PROGRAMU MOMENTUM 40™
1. Program Nature
Momentum 40™ is a program designed to support regular practice through daily micro-practices and six short live sessions.
It is not therapy and does not constitute any form of medical treatment.
2. Participation Conditions
The participant is required to provide a valid email address and select a start cycle.
Sessions take place online or in the studio, according to the information provided after registration.
3. Payment Terms
The Momentum 40™ program may be:
– included free of charge with Atmosfera Yoga 5× and 10× packages,
– purchased as a standalone program for €49.
Payment is non-refundable once the program has started.
4. Withdrawal and Refunds
The participant may withdraw no later than 7 days before the selected start date.
Once the cycle has begun, refunds are not available.
Failure to participate in the program does not constitute grounds for a refund.
5. Change of Start Date
In exceptional circumstances, the participant may postpone participation to the next cycle — once only.
6. Attendance at Live Sessions
Attendance at live sessions is not mandatory.
Absence does not constitute grounds for a refund or program extension.
7. Materials and Intellectual Property
All program materials (audio, text, recordings, session structures) are the property of Atmosfera Yoga and may not be copied or shared with third parties.
8. Participant Responsibility
The participant takes part in the program at their own responsibility and is responsible for their physical and mental well-being during practice.
In case of medical contraindications, consultation with a physician is recommended.
